Founded in 2007, The Mast brothers Michael & Rick pioneered the bean-to-bar craft chocolate movement. Sourcing cocoa with unique flavour profiles they roast the beans in small batches in Brooklyn and then hand wrap each signature bar with custom-designed papers.
